BEST FORM OF MAGNESUIM
I am never out of this supplement. Ever wonder which magnesium is the best kind whenever you stand in the store looking at all the different kinds of magnesium? I used to do that. Now, however, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Mag Glycinate is the best kind for me! I take it at night before bed. I take 2 capsules with a bit of juice and sometimes a snack. It helps me sleep better and especially helps with my bowels the next day! It's been shown to manage blood sugar, which I sometimes deal with when I miss my magnesium. I love that it is vegan and the capsule is only vegetable source. The price is great too! It lasts me a long time at 150 capsules in the bottle with taking only 2 per day. It also helps me to relax at night and sometimes I take one during the day if I'm feeling stressed. I recommend this brand to everyone!

Best on the market
Me and my husband have been taking these for over a year now and I can tell you these are truly the best we’ve ever used. I have used many other brands in the past but they didn’t deliver on their promise. We are 60 years old and was having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep for more than a couple of hours. Now we sleep hard all night. We take a capsule about 1 hour before our bedtime and we are drowsy with 45 minutes. We are on the subscription for these so we will never be without them. I highly recommend these they truly work.

Amazing!
I used to have severe leg cramps and since I've been taking magnesium glycinate, the cramps have significantly reduced and are not as severe or as often as they used to be. Will continue to purchase this product.

Excellent Sleep Support
I'm a 48 year old female with early stage perimenopause. And like most women at this stage, sleep and anxiety are two things I deal with constantly. I started taking this herbal about a week ago, twice a day, and am seeing noticeable results! My sleep is the best it's been in recent memory (when not taking a nighttime sleep aid, which I relied heavily upon). It's has not once made my stomach feel unsettled. As for the anxiety component, it's hard to say if there has been any impact there because I use other supplements to help support mood balance. But for the sleep quality improvement alone, this magnesium is working wonders for me!

Always read the ingredients before purchase!
The supplement is not 100% pure magnesium: there is only 70 mg elemental magnesium in a 500-mg capsule, and the rest is the glycinate. Recommended Daily Intake (RDA) for Magnesium: *Men (19-50 years): 400-420 mg/day *Women (19-50 years): 310-320 mg/day *Pregnant Women (19-50 years): 350-360 mg/day *Adults Over 50: Men typically need 420 mg, and women 320 mg. I have to take 4 to 5 capsules to meet my daily requirement, and it is not cost-effective. I gave 3 stars for its transparency, packaging, and its effectiveness in alleviating muscle cramps, while noting uncertainty about its other promised benefits.
