It works perfectly and as it is stainless steel it is easy to clean.

Brilliant tenderiser.
What a game changer, it’s much better than the mallet tenderiser, which tends to turn the meat to mush. This is so good, cheaper cuts like rump steak, which can be as tough as old boots, turns out tender. I would highly recommend it.

Love it
Love this product. It’s had a good weight to it and the quality is great. Easy to clean, and very easy to use. It is a bit pricy but it’s got that quality, weighty feel to it. Good size for people with large hands like mine.

wanted to soften meat As my Mary was finding it hard to chew steaks. so after looking on google this stood out as number one. definitely no regrets perfect for the job and does the trick.

Would not penetrative pork skin. Which is what i bought it for.May be ok withe beaf.

Doesn't pierce pork skin
Great for steaks or chicken. But I purchased it to use on a leg of pork. But it didn't even make a mark. Even with a strong family member trying. Disappointed.
