I kept a seeing this advertised everywhere. Was hesitant because of the price and how there are so many health fads out there, but finally decided to give it a shot and happy I did! Great for me to start the morning with or even a snack later in the day. I have tried it in many variations of smoothies and haven’t had one I don’t like. Chocolate, fruits, matcha, vanilla, coffee...you name it I have tried it and love them all. The vanilla flavor is unlike anything I have tried before. No nasty after taste and when I drank this as a snack about an hour before my run, I ran the best time I have yet. Not saying it gave me magical powers, but my body was fueled appropriately putting a little pick up in my step! Plus, let’s talk about the muscle toning. I have been diligently working out for a whole year, and was using another plant based protein mix. It didn’t fill me up as long and I didn’t see the results I was hoping for like I am now. No joke! I am actually starting to see my six pack FINALLY. Been using this for a month and it has been life changing. My husband secretly uses it because he likes it so much too! Plus, no multivitamin needed, this protein is packed with nutrients good for your body, and as long as you’re supplying it with other foods you’re eating, this is a great start to get the first fill of nutrients.

This powder is very fine, will cloud up when scoop is poured. Smells sweet like a vanilla cupcake. When mixed with water it almost tastes like vanilla pudding with whipped cream for an after/final taste and its thinner in consistency. Mixing it with milk obviously makes it thicker. I'm lactose intolerant so I used lactose free milk and had no discomfort. I also mixed in Greek yogurt with milk some days which made it thicker like a batter. With things that do not change the flavor it tastes sweet like it advertises. Sometimes like pudding and other times like cake. I work at a school and use strawberry milk, sometime chocolate and that changed the flavor, BUT it still tasted like cake whether it was strawberry or chocolate. Super yummy with strawberry milk if you ask me. It does not have a protein powder flavor which is great. I was having breakout before starting this. Incorporating this with regular consumption of a cutie tangerine, apple, and carrots (not always all three) I saw a definite change in my complexion. I don't feel hungry after drinking a shake. I had coworkers taste it, I rave about it to my sister. I have not been working out, measuring myself in inches or on a scale, I've seen an improvement in my weight on my stomach. The top of my stomach doesn't look or feel like it used to. It is flatter. I also started noticing the bottom portion of my stomach is fitting nicer in my high waisted pants and not looking as pudgy. There were some days I had one shake, two shakes, or no shake. This was my first bag, and I have officially ordered my second with the monthly subscription from the website. Its easier to purchase through Amazon, and you get it faster, but it's also more expensive.

I ordered this about a month ago . When I received the packaged and opened it and took the product out I noticed that there was a Tear on the side of it . I thought maybe I cut it when I opened the box , but the direction I opened the box was the opposite of the way the cut was facing, so that wasn’t a possibility. This must have happened during packing . There was also some product inside the box (smelled amazing by the way) . Anyways the product definitely fills you up and is a great meal replacement. At first the taste was very cardboard box tasting , but now that I’m towards the bottom (away from the tear) the favors is sooo good . Tastes exactly like birthday cake . This shake is the best part of my day , it’s like a guilty pleasure that’s good for you ! (I love cake 🤩) !I want to repurchase , but I don’t want another broken package , and only get to enjoy half or less then half of the bag.Other then that I definitely recommend this product !!!

I was very skeptical to try this. For one, I don’t like vanilla cake(I know, I’m weird) and two, I have not found a shake out there that seriously does not taste like a protein shake but I have to say, this is t bad; let me preface this by saying I used their peanut butter/cocoa recipe, I have not tried it on its own nor will I simply because I’m not big on vanilla. If you like peanut butter(I use the powder) and chocolate, this is a very good alternative to a Reese cup. There isn’t any grittiness, mixes well and using the PB/chocolate recipe, no aftertaste. It also fills you up which is a big plus.

I was really wanting to love this, and was excited about the pushed "cake" flavor you constantly hear about all over Facebook and other platforms, but alas, I was sincerely disappointed. The only thing I liked about it was the texture.It is loaded with unhealthy ingredients which I didn't research until after I purchased it, my bad. I generally eat "clean" and am not diabetic nor do I have any major health issues and this stuff has many artificial components, including sweeteners (sucralose), etc. it made my head spin. It made me get weird palpitations shortly after every time I consumed it, which only happens when I eat "junk".The flavor is good in comparison to others, but it tastes nothing like cake. Not even close. It has a very typical and generic sweetened protein powder flavor you find with almost all the other brands.I do not recommend long term use of this at all, or for diabetics (even though it says sugar free, read the ingredients for yourself). There are a lot of healthier options out there that don't load you up with chemicals, for a third of the price.Which brings me to my final point. The cost of this is absolutely ridiculous. It is pretty much advertised as for women by women (pretty pink and shiny packaging) yet, they went crazy with the pink tax (inflation of price because it's "pretty" or "pink" you so often see on more girly product options) to price gouge and take advantage of their consumers. Very disappointing.
