Works great for my 2021 Chevy Bolt.
Had an electrician install the charger. He had no problems at all. I didn't have any issues with connecting the charger to my WiFi. So far I am very happy with this EVSE.

Charges well! I recommend not connecting to wifi
I got the smart one because it's energy star certified and I need the certification for a rebate in my state. I connected it to wifi/app and struggled to use it a few times without interacting with the app. I'm sure there's a way to do it more seamlessly but I figured it'd make more sense to just disconnect it so I did.I also read that if it's not connected to the network it won't charge unless you never connected it which doesn't sound good for me, what if my wifi drops? So I followed the instructions to reset it.It charges great! I just recommend that you never connect it to wifi and never setup the app. It should just charge when it's plugged into a car and you can manage the charging schedules on the car

Excellent level 2 charger
The new updated model works great even with a poor wifi signal and is built like a tank. The grizzle connect app is very basic but it has Time-of-use (TOU) charge scheduling. And shows all the important information like monthly energy usage, cost, etc.

Works well
Installed professionally with the 14/50 outlet for portability. WiFi was a bit of a challenge to set up. I think it was me being impatient. I walked away frustrated and went to do something in the garage and noticed the blue connected light. We have used it twice and it worked well.

Could not hookup to my internet after many tries using tech support.
The charger works great. I returned the smart charger and got the regular charger.

Okay Level Two Car Charger
I like the look and how tough it is. I have a schedule made and one night it don’t charge the car and just tonight it went offline. I had to reset the WiFi name and password. It’s almost like it lost it. This cost me $3.30 vs $0.30. So around $3 more. I need a schedule to save money. This might be getting shipped back.

No internet
Great charger. Easy to set up. Cannot connect to the internet. Had I known this would be an issue, I would have purchased the less expensive model.

Robust, well made, very easy to set up, the app works well and is intuitive. Very good instructions. Highly recommended.

Very good charger but need strong WiFi !
Very good and nice EV charger but requires to have a WiFi extender or router stuck to the wall to have it connected to Internet ! Aluminum enclosure it's really strong and weather resistent but blocks WiFi signal !

Worst smart fonction ever
It does charge. But the smart fonction is the worst EVER! Dont waist your money. It wont connect, waist of money and time. I did the troubleshoot opened the charger like they said in the manual, nothing. Useless !!!!

Seems to work well
Got me a 1/2 off discount from the province. It's an EV charger and it works.
