I'm thoroughly impressed with this hair dye shampoo! It's the first time I've used a shampoo to dye my hair, and the results are spectacular. The color turned out to be the exact black shade I wanted. Before making the purchase, I read through numerous reviews, all of which were positive. Upon receiving the product, I noticed it comes with a plastic seal to prevent spills, and the bottle is about three-quarters full. Following the instructions, I applied the shampoo to dry hair, dividing it into sections and wearing gloves to avoid staining my hands and nails. After massaging and brushing my hair, I waited 20 minutes before rinsing. As I waited, I observed the color changing to black, and although the shampoo has a strong smell, it's not overpowering. I did experience some dryness after washing, but the end result was well worth it - my hair looks amazing with a beautiful, shiny black color. The only drawbacks are the small amount of shampoo in the bottle and the strong smell. However, considering the quality and price, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely purchase again. I also wanted to mention that it covered almost 100 percent of my gray hair, and it really words! Thanks Amazon.

Easy to use. Color is quite dark - darker than pictured in the ad. The product does tend to dry out the hair so be prepared to do a deep conditioning afterward. Definitely easier and cheaper than using dye kits. Keep the product on for about 20 minutes to get the best results. I did not have trouble with the product staining walls or hands but I do use gloves anyway just in case.

This product works. I purchased a hair dye shampoo brown in color. When I washed my hair it was orange with red tones. I was upset I had a function I missed due to the mess the product created for me we really have pay attention to what we use in our hair. I took a bit to find a reputable company with reviews that merchant were happy with. I placed the order for this shampoo. I left in for thirty minutes after my hair was back to normal. Only thing is the smell is horrible this needs improvement. Product left my hair dry with a hair mask it feels smooth and shiny. Definitely recommend.

Does not smell great & definitely darker then should be.
