Not a good running tracker.
Not recommended to track running. Pace monitor not accurate. Does not offer workout monitor either.

Bought it for the blood pressure monitor. Not accurate and instructions don't list a way to calibrate it. Useless for me.

Having fun with mine and I like wearing it into the pool. I used the Blood pressure against my doctors last week and it was almost perfectly matched with their big fancy one. Close enough for me.edited to add: no longer accepting a charge. I think its the cable but I have no idea how to get another
