It looks like a nice quality item and very similar to others I have had. The wire on it is a good length.Sadly, however I could not get it to work. I even tried wiring it directly to the supply and even then it did not work. I suspect I must have a faulty one. So, can't comment on it much more than this.

We have had to replace these actuators again as we have had so many failures in the past.

This actuator works perfectly with my underfloor heating system. It was easy to install, and I’ve had no issues with it. The M30 x 1.5 thread fits most UK manifolds, and it controls the temperature zones well. It’s efficient, reliable, and a must-have for zone control in your heating setup.

We have underfloor heating to the ground floor of our (large, detached) house, with 6 x separate zones. The manifold is in the understairs cupboard, the existing actuators being Danfoss. Bearing in mind, these affectively electro-mechanical switches (actuators) than open / close the heating zone valve, they don’t last forever. They’re simple to change, having changed one previously, and this is a perfect retro-fit replacement. I tested the device and it works perfectly, with an indicator to show it’s switch state (open or closed) – normally closed.This is good quality, similar in size etc as the Danfoss, so no issues there. A good solution to rectify a failed actuator (by replacing with this), so your zoned area can be nice and warm again!Overall, a good product. Recommended, good value too.
