Basic, effective, wallet-friendly cleansing oil for my oil-based cleanser needs. The texture isn’t too thick nor too thin, and spreads out easily over your face when first massaging it in. It emulsifies well, and my skin afterwards feels soft and clean without being dry. It doesn’t leave a weird film on your face either. I don’t wear too much makeup, but it has taken off my sunscreen and any other residual makeup I might have worn without any extra effort on my part. The price on this, for the amount, is so reasonable that I would absolutely buy this again.

Has a very slight olive oil smell, but I like it. I have super dry sensitive skin and I absolutely love this face wash. Completely non drying and removes all my makeup. I like to apply all over my face without water then add water and wash like traditional face wash.

I bought this mostly as a makeup remover to take off my waterproof eyeliner and mascara. Keep in mind that it maybe isn’t meant for eyes, so I might be an idiot 🤪. It worked great on the eyeliner, but the mascara was a bit more stubborn. (FYI, Heroine Make Long and Curl waterproof mascara is fantastic, but it is nearly impossible to wash off.) It was more successful at removing Peripera Ink Black Cara waterproof mascara. I had to really massage in this Purito oil cleanser to get the mascara off, which kinda sucks because it’s not really good to tug on eyelid skin. However, this stuff doesn’t have parabens or other chemicals like other oil makeup removers I’ve tried, so I really like that. Easily removed concealer, powder, eyebrow pencil, etc. Ok, so here is the good part: it is GREAT for cleansing skin. And I have combo/oily aging skin, so I wasn’t expecting that. I was worried it would make me break out, so the first time I tried it I did a second wash after with a micellar foaming cleanser. Turns out it wasn’t necessary because even when I didn’t do the second wash, I didn’t break out. My skin is noticeably softer after using this stuff, both with the second micellar cleanser wash and without (just Purito.) I think maybe I was over-stripping my skin before? Over drying with foaming cleansers? I think this stuff keeps my skin moisturized even while cleansing. I woke up a little shinier than usual, but I think that is preferable to over-drying, which actually sometimes causes me to breakout (very annoying.) I used retinol and moisturizer after cleansing with this, and it is working very well for me. Skin texture looks much better. Finally, I love that this is fragrance free- I despise overly perfumed skin products. It seems most skin products are either scented with fruity teenage fragrances or heavy grandma floral/oriental perfumes, no in-between. I prefer NO fragrance added at all. Because this is olive oil based, I can smell a faint natural olive oil-ish scent, but only while it is on my face. Otherwise it disappears after rinsing.

I wear mineral sunscreen religiously, and need a good oil cleanser to help me take it off every evening before bed. What I DON'T need is a bunch of petroleum based ingredients, added fragrance (synthetic or natural), or any other questionable ingredient. Imagine my surprise when I realized that is actually a tall order. Burt's bees = Works. But it's loaded with fragrance, and no matter how thorough a job I think I have done rinsing it off, some always seems to find its way into my eyes, and they sting a tiny bit every time I use it. It also legitimately hurts if I am having a mild eczema flare. Elizavecca = Eureka (or so so I thought!) But it's got BHT, so it's not perfect. It's also weirdly hard to find (I was hitting up Jolse and waiting weeks in shipping time). Enter Purito: I bought it, I love(d) it, and I have been wondering ever since why it has taken me so long to try. I'm a big fan of their other products, especially since they have started phasing out the essential oils and fragrances out of many of them (fragrance in general is sensitizing, but for someone with recurrent eczema, skin products with EOs/fragrance can turn into a nightmare real fast). This stuff dissolves my sunscreen flawlessly and quickly. The texture is liquid, but not overly runny like Burts Bees and Elizavecca. It works for my dry skin, but feels pretty neutral and seems like it would be fine for other skin types as well. It doesn't smell like anything and most importantly of all, keeps my skin happy and calm. I don't think I will be trying any more oil cleansers after this one.

Really good at taking off my makeup, including eyeliner and mascara. I always follow up with Cerave face wash, and my skin feels super clean after using both. Very VERY subtle olive oil smell, which I don’t mind. Also love that you can buy refills, so you’re not constantly throwing away plastic bottles.

I got this product delivered to me to replace my Clinique cleansing balm. I loved it but it's just expensive so I wanted to try another oil based cleanser that was more affordable and came across purito. I like their other products and have repurchased their deep water cream moisturizer, so I am hopeful that this will work just as well, if not better. The packing was strange, as shown in the picture when I opened up the Amazon packaging it came opened with the pump on the outside? Not sure why it would come opened?? But I checked that it was still sealed for the integrity of the product and it looks as if it has not been used. I am glad this comes with both the pump and the cap, that way you can switch between the 2 options in case you need to go somewhere, very travel friendly! I will edit after I try it for a couple weeks, hopefully there will be good results :))

I had heard some recommendations on using an oil cleanser to start my skincare routine, but was hesitant because I am acne prone. I had checked the ingredients before purchasing to make sure they were noncomedogenic, and it had come up relatively clean. This isn’t a product I use everyday, but I do love it after I’ve worn a face full of makeup and feel like I need to get the gunk out of my pores. I haven’t experienced any breakouts after using this cleansing oil.

I love this so much! I bought this as I’d been using another cleanser which I wasn’t in love with but couldn’t fault. But since using this I don’t think I’ll ever go back to any other 1st oil cleansers. It is really good a getting makeup off and lathers up well once wet. My skin feels clean after and doesn’t feel like there is ever any product left behind which can happen with some oil based cleansers. I have oily, clog prone skin and this works really well for me. It doesn’t make me feel oiler and I’ve noticed a difference in my skin since using; I don’t think that is the purpose of the cleanser, but more than it really cleans my skin and doesn’t clog me therefore improving texture. It’s amazing value for money. I use around 2-3 Pumps each night and I’m not even half way and I’ve had it for around a month. Doesn’t sound like long but compared to other products I would be near empty at this point. It isn’t heavily scented so I would suggest it would be good for those with sensitive skin. Cannot recommend this product enough!
