I will most likely update this review after I’ve used the product for longer, but at this point in time I am loving it. I am 34, and have struggled with severe Dysmenorrhea since my teens, and Menorrhagia for the last 7 years. I’ve used it for about a month and a half as the instructions direct. A little goes a long way , so I anticipate this lasting several months. I’ve heard it can take about 3 months to notice changes in hormones, but I had no PMS before my last menstrual, and very little cramps (usually it feels like giving birth). My skin has also cleared quite a bit (I still get acne at 34). I’m hoping with time my flow will lighten up. This particular Yam balm is very pleasing to use in my opinion. It feels like a balm, not a cream, and smells a bit like cocoa butter.

This product was recommended by my chiropractor. I’ve only started using it one week but so far I’m noticing a little better sleep. My hot flashes during the day have been very mild so far compared to the sweat beads I would get prior to using this. I happen to like the scent and how soft it feels on my skin. So far I’m very pleased. I’ll do another review in a few weeks.Follow up review: this stuff is amazing and it truly works! It took a couple of weeks for it to start to kick in though. It does say after the third week to take one week off of it, but when I did that the flashes started to slowly come back within three days. But other than that, this is amazing.

I am 50 years old and had a hysterectomy six years ago. I have been suffering with hot flashes for about the last year and a half. After the first three days, I stopped having hot flashes I follow the directions of using a small amount and alternating the location each evening. I have not been applying it in the morning as well at this point. I may start if I feel like I need it but for right now my hot flashes have stopped and I am feeling great. After using it for three weeks, I took one week off as suggested in the Tiktok video. By the end of that week, I did start noticing the hot flashes coming back, but when I started back on it, they went away again immediately.There is an earthy scent to the cream. I noticed that there were a lot of negative reviews about the smell. It didn’t really bother me. I kind of like the scent. I'm 39 years old, my husband and I have been together 8 years and have never prevented pregnancy with no luck of conceiving. Have noticed a huge change in my menstraul cycle. Its more consistent, my cramping has minimized greatly and even my flow is less heavy. This was a great find and I will be recommending to others!
