The packages were destroyed when received and one was missing one. The seller was however great to work with and resent the missing piece as well as the parts damaged during shipping. Even gave me a $10 credit as a lot of the washers and screws were missing too as fell out of damaged boxes but luckily I had some in my tool box I could use. In the end the set worked out fine, assembly was easy and the seller made everything right with zero hassle. Unfortunately there is already some rust on the bottom of the base of one set after only a few weeks outside (we bought 2) but Overall still happy with the purchase.

Received all three items today and am very happy with my purchase. The boxes were a bit banged up but the packaging inside was excellent, so the items were in perfect condition. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. The bar table is a bit lower than similar ones I had looked at (36" instead of 43"), which is a good thing, plus the center support holds an umbrella — unlike the others. The chairs are high enough to enable me to look over the balcony railing, and I like being able to rest my feel on the rung. They fit easily under the table, which is a perfect height for my laptop. The chairs are not too heavy to move around and they swivel easily. Also love the antique bronze finish! Hopefully they last a long time because I plan to use them a lot.UPDATE: The chairs came with the parts already on the bolts in this order: washer, spring washer, then nut. When I installed the seat, I used them in the same order, but the directions were a bit difficult to read (see pics attached). I'm hoping that I installed the parts correctly.

I read the reviews before I purchased so I was already expecting poor packaging. First I received the top part of the table one day. Then I received the bottom of the table the next day. Then I received the chairs on the third day! The bag w the bolts, nuts and washers had a big hole in it as if someone ripped it and took something out so their were nuts and washers all over the box. Of coarse I was missing washers but my husband said those are easy to find and that he would get them. Overall I love my table. The top part that covers the hole was scratched up but that’s just a cover if you’re not using an umbrella. The chairs are cute and a perfect width. It’s a perfect look for my patio. A part of me wants to demand a refund for the missing washers but it’s not worth my time. Oh I almost forgot the instructions DO NOT make sense. They say there are 8 washers (that I didn’t have) but instructions say you use 16. I’m lucky my husband is handy.

Nice metal set. Looks sturdy and well made, but packaging was very poor. Table and chairs are shipped separately. Both boxes had very little padding and were damaged in shipment. One chair was broken. Chairs were returned and re-delivered without difficulty. Second shipment was not damaged, but still very poorly packaged. Dimensions are as described, but the 28" seat height feels a little too tall for the 36" table.

There were missing bolts on the table and chairs. We had to go to Lowes to get bolts. There are supposed to be 4 bolts and you can not get the fourth bolt to go in because it does not line up properly.

Sold product. Easy to assemble. Box was damaged on arrival but the product was fine
