Nice gut health supplement that my wife has been happy with. She hasn't experienced any negative side effects but says it has helped her digest some meals when she may have overindulged a bit. Decent value but the price is a bit higher than some alternatives.

I was getting some intestinal discomfort, so I was looking for a probiotic to help. I started taking this as a pre-game before Thanksgiving to help. After about a week of use, I noticed a slight improvement, less discomfort and reduced acid reflux. However, compared to other probiotic brands I’ve used, this one isn't the best. With others, I’ve just felt "better" with more overall stomach comfort and digestive health. With this, it’s hard to tell if it’s actually working, or if it's just the post-Thanksgiving lighter eating. The biggest issue is the price. With this cost, I'd expect something that's at least as good as the other probiotics I've used - considering some of the more affordable brands have worked better for me in the past. It’s not bad, but it’s not one I’d rush to repurchase.

I got this probiotic because I like to take a probiotic on a regular basis. The capsules are quite large and you are supposed to take two every day. I prefer to open these up and take the powder rather than swallow the whole capsule. The powder has a slightly sweet flavor with a hint of yeastiness. It comes with a small amount of calcium. I don't really understand why this is included but I wish it wasn't in there because I don't prefer to supplement calcium. There is no information that I could find about where this is manufactured or if that facility is GMP certified. I would feel better knowing this information. This comes very securely packaged- two seals on the outside and another seal on the inside of the bottle.
