Q: What is/are the difference(s) between the Basic and Deluxe models?

Basic model has 4 one piece clamps set at 90 degrees - non-adjustable. The deluxe model has 4two piece clamps that swivel so different degree angles can be clamped.

Q: Handle won’t turn. Is there Is it broken?

Should not be broken. Get strap in place around object to be strapped, pull tight and make sure screw threads are above the handle as far as possible to allow turning the handle. If not, handle won't have room to turn.

Q: May we ask the seller an instruction as how to use the quick release lever? It is really frustrating to try tightening. It just wont hold!!!

Push the lever until it is flat. It has a break over point.

Q: Is the handle removable? I just received this as a gift and the handle is detached and won't stay back on. I think mine may have arrived broken.

Its broken, I just checked mine and they don't come off. Send it back for a new one, Amazon is really good about replacing broken shipments.
