The insoles have helped with my pronation by providing support in my arch, without being too intrusive. I feel that I am less inclined to tip my foot inward, which was affecting my walking and balance.

I removed the simple supports from a pair of shoes and put these in. They are pretty good but not as good as a true orthopedic shoe or good athletic shoe. Good enough to wear around the house.
