Exceeded expectations
I've just received this, the latest in my Jillian collection (the only DVDs I don't have is killer cardio and the one for new mums). I exercise 5 to 6 days a week, and I've just been doing Joe Wick's 30 minute long winner's workout for about a week. I thought the 10 min Plyo HIIT workout on Jillian's latest offering would be a walk in the park after that. How wrong could I be?! It was a killer, as was the 10 mins abs section. The yoga was good too. Well done Jillian! Off to do the animal and lift sections now. Hope they're as good as the others!

Not for the faint-hearted, but if Jillian Michaels is going to give you a 10 minute workout, you know it's going to be tough.
A great DVD - if used smart.- Use it as a cardio supplement after a resistance workout- Use it as a resistance supplement before a cardio workout- Stack a few workouts together for a 30-minute session.It doesn't matter how hard you work, if you stick to just 10 minutes a day you won't lose weight and your skill isn't likely to improve very much, either. Having said that, if you only have the time for a long workout two or three times a week, this is a great DVD to sneak into a few other days to keep you moving.That said, it's also a great DVD on its own. Made up of 5 10-minute workouts in a variety of formats - Pilates, kickboxing, body weight training and so on - there's lots to do, and you can stack them up in any order to personalise a routine or complement another workout. You could do 2 workouts, 3, you could repeat one a few times over. You're accountable. But 10 minutes alone, every day for a month, isn't going to cut it, and she makes no suggestions towards the contrary.Jillian Michaels takes no prisoners, so the fact that she's finally provided a DVD of 10-minute workouts means that they are NOT easy. So doing the entire DVD is an option, but it will leave you dead. In a good way. But that also means that, if you do only have time for a 10 minute workout, you will get everything out of it that you possibly can. There's little rest and no wasted time at all. Great to add on to another workout
I had the first edition of this and didn't realise this even existed until I saw it on Amazon the other day. I love the first edition so snapped this up straight away. The DVD has 5 10 minute workouts plus a multi purpose warm up and cool down. I like to do a different one of these every day after my main workout (which will also be a Jillian DVD, just something different that's 30-40 minutes). They keep things interesting and add variety. The workouts aren't incredibly hard but they are tough enough to be challenging. I've added these 5 to my rotation now and am really enjoying them.

I have just done two of the work outs and I'm really loving this dvd. I have many Jillian Michaels dvd's and have to be honest I didn't really like the first edition of this, but this one is really good, intense short workouts! Fantastic and looking forward to doing the others!

The body coach is way better and it’sfree.
Jillian has really gone off the boil. I have loads of her earlier dvd’s But a really disappointed I this one.She needs to spend much more time explaining technique. The only one of this I found challenging was the cardio.

Tough ten min workout!
I only do the first ten mins to add a hiit to my workout so can’t comment on the others. It’s a lot of jumping moves so need to protect knees and ankles. Does what it says - it’s a killer in ten minutes.

Awesome short workouts that get results
As with all JM’s fitness DVD’s, this delivers. After just a couple of times doing 3/4 of the workouts at a time, I could see results. The plyo is challenging but so effective and the ab and lifting programmes really make an impact on muscle definition. In such little workout time too! A great option for people with limited free time, but it also provides a challenging HIIT workout for when you have time to do several/all of the workouts in one go. Highly recommended.

I like the 10 minute sessions but she makes you work ...
I like the 10 minute sessions but she makes you work maybe not too good if you are out of practice when it comes to exercise. The girls who were doing the easier version kept forgetting so it was a bit frustrating in that way. Would I buy it again probably not because of the girls training with her.
