Amazing Smartpone!
I have been using my HTC U11 Plus for over 6 months now, and it still impress since day one. Highly recommended!I did not upgrade to HTC U 12 Plus because of its smaller battery, but looking forward for HTC U 13 Plus.

Battery Life for days, but don't ask this phone for directions.
Update:. Battery life has been humbled to 17hrs with 2.5hrs of screen on time. While this might be impressive for an iPhone, this phone used to go 20hrs easily with frequent camera use. I'm hoping my phone is simply a bad build. With the ongoing antenna issues, this phone is losing its luster in only a matter of months.I want to love this smartphone. The screen is nice despite the dimness in direct sunlight, but I'm used to LCD screen phones, so it's not shocking to me. The cavernous 128gb storage is great for Netflix and Youtube downloads on the go. Maybe its HTC Sense launcher design or the 6gb of RAM, but the speedy responsiveness of the phone is a joy to use. However, there's a strange glitch with the youtube app where on screen controls are squeezed to the top left side of the screen during landscape mode. It's weird and annoying, and I've only seen it on this phone. When watching Netflix, the screen periodically has 3-5 seconds of random pixelation frozen on the screen. Again, it's annoying as it forces me to rewind each time it happens, and I haven't had this issue on other phones. In NYC, the phone doesn't seem capable of making a phone call and surfing the web unless its connected to WiFi. Speaking of wireless connectivity, the cellular signal just doesn't seem as robust as other phones. Maybe that's a side-effect of not being made for US cellular frequencies. That doesn't explain the issues with the GPS. I've tried two different retail versions of this phone, and each one had trouble litterally pointing me in the right direction when using Google Maps. I don't understand how a relatively old tech can be ruined like this, but essentially, I have to spend about five minutes every time I open maps to use the calibration swing movements to reorient the GPS arrow to align with my forward direction. With these listed flaws, I honestly think this phone is broken or unfinished as a product.I'm hoping that the flaws can be fixed with a software update...at least the GPS issue because that can be dangerous while driving. One more thing that can't be ignored, the battery-life + software optimization makes for amazing battery life. It seems like the phone can last 4 days or more if you don't use it at all, but if you are using it, 24hrs isn't out of the questions.

Save your money, there’s better phones out there.
HTC is headed in the right direction, still not ready for prime time.
