This is a high quality foldable saw. It the perfect saw to strap on your pack or throw in the truck!

This saw is a delight to walk use and pack. Super easy to deploy and takedown, keeps its tension well, and is very portable. The ease of set up and takedown makes the difference between quickly taking down and sheathing the saw while walking around gathering wood and walking around with a cumbersome bowsaw pinched in your armpit while juggling firewood in your arms. That difference makes this a go-to packable option for firewood intensive camps. I have the 21 Inch, but my friend had the 24 inch and the extra 3 inches can make a big difference when dealing with larger logs at not much of an extra cost in terms of portability.

This is a nice piece of kit. Glad to have it in my bush-crafting arsenal. Rigidly built. Transforms into a locked, usable configuration without issues (nice, solid snap as it locks with tension). Pouch is heavy-duty with a solid snap to secure it and an internal partition to hold extra blades. The pouch also has heavy webbing on the back to secure it to a pack. Can also wear it from a belt.

I used this as soon as I got it. Love it! very sharp and cut through wood like butter. The case fits perfectly on my backpack. Lightweight too.

After processing a downed tree with a folding pocket saw, I decided that I needed a saw with a slightly longer blade and a better grip angle to process wood that was 6+ inches thick without getting worn down.I had been looking at the Boreal21 and I'm glad I made this purchase.Took it camping a week or so after purchase and this thing was worth every penny! A couple of friends and I had set up camp and collected a fair amount of dead wood but we also needed some larger pieces to keep the fire going through the night without constantly throwing pieces on. Found a few downed cedar trees and turned them into some nice logs for our fire. It kept burning until the morning when we made our coffee and breakfast.All in all, this is definitely a must for making short work of thick wood without burning a ton of calories and getting drenched in sweat.

This is a really cool saw, I took off one star because for the price it had better be. It cut through some pretty wide dense oak logs much easier than any of my other hand saws and was less prone to the blade twisting. The packability feature and cordura sheath are great (pro tip there is a pouch in the front of the closure to store extra bits) are great features. It's really easy to setup and pack away when finished.

This thing can cut! While it’s a bit wobbly getting it out and put together, it will do it’s job easily. Easy to assembly, no separate parts to lose and all of this in a compact package!

Bought for cutting smaller downed trees where access is awkward and I didn't want to bring a chainsaw. Very compact & lightweight, easy to unfold and tension and cuts green wood quickly with the supplied blade (the spare lives in the case too). Easier to lug around than a standard bowsaw (and the blade is guarded when it's stowed too).

Nice strong frame and sharp blade makes easy work on wood. Built to handle big pieces.

This is my favourite camping saw that I have used. Great leverage when sawing through logs. Packs down small and the blade stays sharp. I bought this in 2021 and I haven’t had to replace the blade yet. This saw has be on more than 20 camping trips since I purchased it. It’s still sturdy and works like new.

Just spent a week in the bush with this saw, and it performed amazingly. Beast of a saw, well worth the money, and small company top it all off.

it is easyvto use and understand how to assemble the good thing is you can but spare blade although i wish the holder or scaberd have place for the spare parts like the c clips
