Whisper quiet
The media could not be loaded. Having two tanks, one using the QQ3 we decided to use this on our nano tank.Simple easy installation, anyone struggling to start it:Fill half way with tank water and put finger over air intake hole until it self primes. Takes a few minutes but within an hour it’s already pulled a lot of yellow scum out of the fresh water we put in two weeks agoBest skimmer to date and whisper quiet, highly recommend this brand over others. Suitable for Bedroom use as so quiet you can’t hear it. 👍

Great Product!
Brilliant product I have two of this in a 24in tank and 18in tank. you will be surprise how much crap is can pull out of the SALT water colume.

Good product easy to set up works okay doesn’t really skim the top of the water there is still bits floating round

There are a lot better skimmers out there
All I can say is NOISY! This seems to work less than it actually works. The pump supplied is dreadful, I’ve never heard such a noisy water pump. Out of the couple of months I’ve had it, I probably only skimmed for a week. I’d avoid and get something better. It’s gone in the bin!

Very poor skimmer
I would not recommend this skimmer I am on my second after returning first to my LFS and am going to be returning this one also for a refund this time. Within 6 months of initial purchase. Constant problems with micro bubbles. Come down some mornings to see everything in tank covered in bubbles looks awful. Tried putting extra filter floss different sponges extra sponges. Only adjustment is the cup height which even at its lowest I have had barely any skimmate which for the millions of bubbles it pumps into my tank seems strange, I changed to this from an aquanano nanoskim 90 which I thought was a good swap as the wooden airstones were getting hard to pick up but at least it did actually skin and didn't ruin my tank with billions of bubbles

Water level must be within 35mm of tank lid
This is a great little skimmer for my tank, I just wish the advert stated the water level had to be within 35mm of the top of the tank, it does clearly state it in the instructions though. Very good little skimmer for the price.
