The Beachcomber

Did Mills & Boon publish this??? It was awful, slushy rubbish. I persisted to about 50% then had to stop reading it. I'd hoped the story might go somewhere but I couldn't make it through the drivel. I can't remember the last time I stopped reading a book - it was years ago - but this really is dreadful!

I’m a great fan of Josephine’s books and once again it’s a winner, I just loved the story line and with the twist at the end I never saw coming. I would recommend to all my friends no problem, however I do have a problem....what do I do now I’ve finished it!!

This book was ok but just a bit boring and predictable. No real depth to it. Would not recommend and will not be reading more of this author.

Really good book

A good kernel of a story ruined by a clunky writing style (think 5th form essay) and slushy Mills and Boon style narrative. No more Josephine Cox for me I’m afraid.

Easy reading and hard to put down. Characters are totally believable and the story is written clearly and with a comfortqble pace. I have bouught a few of this authors books to take on hol but I started reading this one and have to finish it now!
