The noodles taste better than ramen noodles because there’s much less salt and they are made with rice instead of wheat. I like the texture and the way they absorb flavor. If you have a low salt diet these are a wonderful replacement for standard ramen. Add your own veggies and seasonings because there aren’t any in the box. Highly recommend!

Love the mochi-like rice texture and mild flavour of these. Boil for a few mins then rinse thoroughly to prevent sticking. Cooked al dente if they’ll be eaten hot, like adding a broth later, or until just after al dente if eaten cold, like tossed with sesame dressing and greens. Love them.

For me, at least, so not worth buying much less cooking. Texture isn't food-like. UPDATE: I tried again, rinsed them this time and they were better. Still not great but better.

Watch the portion size- they are very high calorie so you don’t need much. But delicious and warm up well the next day. Obviously make a sauce to serve them or they would be bland

Great flavor and texture. Not a limp noodle. Hearty and not relentless. You will not say you are eating this “because it is good for me”; you will say you are eating this “because it tastes good”. And it is also good for you, especially if you cannot eat regular wheat noodles.
