Great packaging, it came nixe and secure in the bag. The contents inside look and smell like they were made in a fresh environment and is overall very high quality.

Taste bitter but it came as it is.

I bought this because I read it has anti parasitic properties. I don't know if it killed any parasites but it worked as a mild laxative. This will flush your bowels without causing a cramping effect on your stomach. You take 5 to 6 seeds (I believe they are fruit but they look like seeds) and put them in a quart of water. Let them soak 12-24 hours. Drink the water. You can eat the rehydrate seed too. It isn't the best tasting thing to drink...but it's not the worst either. These contain a tannin. Tannin is used in the curing/processing of leather or suede. If you have ever sucked on a piece of suede...that's what this tastes like. (what else was there to do when you were a kid in the 80s)

You should powder it before using
