I ordered this to replace my old faded Surron chain guard with a more stylish carbon fiber option. Luckily, I already had my rear swing arm taken off the bike for some rear suspension upgrades so i was able to install this chain guard very easily in my basement. That being said, it would be extremely easy to install without removing the swing arm. It only takes 2 screws and a nut to swap the chain guard.This chain guard is basically exactly the same as the stock chain guard that comes on the bikes besides the fact that it has a faux carbon fiber wrap pattern instead of the generic black plastic. Keep in mind, this is not real carbon fiber (which was quite clear in the listing) and it is actually slightly heavier than the original chain guard due to the extra vinyl wrap. But the carbon fiber print does look nice and complements a black Surron quite well. You can notice that only the exterior of the part is wrapped in carbon fiber print. The interior is black just like the stock one.The quality of the wrap itself is pretty good. I noticed a couple small imperfections in the wrap but they are very minor and hard to notice. I tried to get a good up close photo of one of the little imperfections in the wrap but its difficult to capture in a photo. This isn't a huge issue for me since its barely noticeable and it will surely gather more damage through regular wear and tear once I start riding with it.It fits my surron perfectly and as far as I can tell, its indistinguishable from the original chain guard. Technically you could just buy a carbon fiber vinyl wrap and do it yourself with the original chain guard for slightly cheaper. But anyone who has tried to install a vinyl wrap knows that its not easy and unless you're a pro already, you will not be able to get this good of a finish by doing it yourself.Due to the very reasonable price of this chain guard and the fact that the quality of the faux carbon fiber wrap is good, I would recommend this chain guard. Its very affordable and the quality is just as good as the OEM chain guard. I'd be surprised if this faux carbon fiber could fool anyone but it still looks pretty stylish on a black frame.

This battery cover looks really nice on the bike! It was easy to switch out and actually seems a little heavier than the one that came on the Surron itself. Although it is a carbon fiber pattern and not actual it still looks nice. Much easier to get this than trying to wrap the plain one.
