I needed to have ratchet straps to secure my sidexside to the trailer. The location of the d-rings on the floor didn't allow for a lot of extra strap. One strap was new and the other one was clearly used. The S hook was beaten to hell with large cuts and the strap had a dark stain. I requested an exchange through Amazon and received a new product. These straps are so easy to use on my jetski trailer. Fast attachment, easy to secure, and no excess strap to tie up. Would have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for receiving a used set first.

These straps worked beautifully as a failsafe/backup tie downs for the motorcycle on a hitch carrier rack (in addition to the longer cam lock tie downs holding the bars) . I like the auto retract feature and appreciate how smooth the ratchet is.
