Be wary of the remote button options
I’m setting up the Firestick now and seems to be working fine. My previous remote had Hulu & Disney buttons, this has DirectTv and Peacock, which is hidden from the product images when you buy the item. Not a huge issue but definitely a waste of buttons I’ll never use.

Great but I think the Google version is better
It is great and it works flawlessly but in my opinion I see few down sides, it comes with a micro USB port and charger and these are dated, this also means if you want to connect it to a Lan for better connectivity you have to buy a special adapter for the firestick, while the Google TV one comes with USB C, and hence all I have to do is plug any USB C hub and I have all the USB C hub features I need, including HDMI, external storage etc.A second thing I did not like, is that I had to sideload Kodi, which I use as a media server.Other than these specific things related to my use, it is flawless and works without glitches.
