This is my second time using this multi vitamin. The first time I took the dosage as shown on the bottle(2 pills). I didn't experience any side effects at the time. I liked them but they are expensive. So I took a break from them. Now I am trying them again and decided to only take 1 pill a day. They are very strong. They have way too much of some ingredients for what your body truly needs. I feel like this is the best way for me to take them and save some money. I took 2 one day (for grins) and got the worst headache so I feel I am one the right track with these now. I feel like I have more energy than before. I haven't had any taste or smell issues with them. They are a bit large but that isn't an issue for me. I think I will stick with these for a while.

This is a GREAT product! Best one I have found so far. Good price. Easy to take. Good quality. HAS all the things women need that want to live a full life.

It feels like it was made with modern women in mind, which I appreciate. It’s a little pricier than some other options, but I honestly feel like it’s worth it for how it makes me feel. Planning to keep this in my daily routine!

I bought this vitamin bc of reviews online that it would help with effects of perimenopause, hot flashes in particular. Within one day of taking this, my hot flashes were nearly gone completely. I was suffering so bad and not able to sleep, so this vitamin was an absolute miracle to me. Yes, it’s a bit expensive but I really needed relief, so it’s worth it. Everyone needed some relief for a similar should at least try it and see if it helps you. I’d recommend it!

I was struggling with severe hot flashes, 20-40 per day for the past 6 months. I don't know what made me purchase this product over the many options out there, but I did and I'm not even through my first bottle and my hot flashes are completely gone. I don't know what ingredient is responsible for managing hot flashes but I haven't had a single hot flash in 2-3 weeks!!! May not work the same for everyone, but it's working for me. Well worth the money!

I really wanted to like these but unfortunately, there's a potent flavor for hours after consuming.
