These are life savers! I kept them in my luggage for trips if something happens with my walking shoes, they are very easy to install, great adhesive quality and fit pretty much anything. My work shoes ended up piercing through the back somehow and digging into my heel but these covered it right up and actually kept my heel from rubbing with how they had extra room back there.

The heel pads work great....I just didn't like how my heel would get stuck on them when putting the boot on. I put these heel pads in a pair of tall moccasin boots to stop my foot from sliding around too much. They do work...I just had to start using a shoe horn to help my heel from getting stuck and pushing the pad down. The adhesive holds really well...that's saying something when it's attached to suede! Would buy these again!

I bought this to get a few more months out of some pricy cross trainers that were in great shape except for the heel linings. They worked perfectly, and I'll definitely order them again next time I'm on a similar situation.

These kept me from returning some shoes I loved. My heel is so narrow, that some shoes rub them raw. These inserts saved my feet.
