One was perfect. The other one was soldered weird
I ordered two of these. One was perfect. The other one was soldered weird, so the white piece was warped. I couldn't get the PSU plug into it. Ended up only needing one, thankfully. Inspect yours when it arrives. The other one works great. No issues. Used for a few weeks thus far.

Didn't work with Biostar, but did with Gigabyte
Didn't work with a BIOSTAR TB250-BTC PRO. The GPU's connected to second PSU would randomly get recognized, most of the time only 1 of the 3 worked. Seemed to work fine with Gigabyte GA-B250-DS3H though.

This Thing is a Godsend.
This Thing is a Godsend. Works flawlessly right away. I expected it to work of course but in the back of my mind... I know how these things normally go... as in you normally have to troubleshoot a dozen problems before you can get a computer part to work, lol. BUT, not with this one. Worked right away and seems to be holding strong. Powers my second PSU up seemingly instantaneously to the main PSU. It really is just a plug and play!
