Our Grapefruit jam is made from fresh sweet grapefruits that we grow in Southern California. It is totally yummy. It is one of our personal favorites. We let the fruit do the talking. It's about as simple and wholesome as you can get. They are naturally low in calories and naturally high in flavor. We are a Certified Producer (California) and use as much of our own fruits as we can, the rest we buy from local growers in Southern California and Northern Arizona. Unopened shelf life is approximately 2 years. Refrigerate after opening. Shelf life after opening is appropriately two months refrigerated. Do not feed honey to infants under 1 year of age. Ingredients: Fresh Grapefruits, a little bit of honey, and a vegan citrus based pectin. 8 oz net weight (226 gm). Only 15 calories per Tablespoon. 4 grams sugar.
