I bought these bottles twice, once to try out and the second time for my guest bath as I loved them! Over 2 years later I snapped one of the clips off and reached out to seller about purchasing replacements and they sent me extras no charge and no questions! No that is exceptional customer service in my mind. I have sent this link over the years to friends and family who also loved these bottles and I always smile when I see them in their shower. I've had this item for about 15 months. Then the part that holds the L bracket chipped & therefore couldn't hold the bottle. I emailed customer service, told them the problem. I said I only needed that one part. Today I received what I needed times 3 plus replacements if anything happens to any other part!If you're wondering about the label not staying on the bottles through countless showers, don't be. My labels look the same as they did 15 months ago out of the box.The adhesion couldn't be any better. The part that I needed was the clear thingamagig that holds the bottle. That's the part with adhesion. I had to work to get the broken one off, then with a little Goo Gone then alcohol, it's ready for the new thingamagig.

This 3 bottle wall mount dispenser is perfect for any shower. I don't have any shelves in my shower, except the soap holder dish. So I wanted something that could hold my shampoo, conditioner and body wash and this was a perfect solution for it. I live in an rented apartment so I didn't want anything which needed drilling holes. I liked that this wall mount 3 bottle dispenser is sturdy and does not keep falling down. The adhesive is good and it is still up even after months of use.The bottles are of good quality and each hold 500ml of liquid. The pump also works well. I liked that I could even use my own bottle with this holder without any issue. Overall I'm very happy with how neat and clean it makes my shower looks and plus solves my problem of storage. I really love his wall 3 bottle soap dispenser.

I bought this set back in December 2023 for my new Airbnb , and it worked like a charm. it was easy to set up. I purchased another set May 2024 for my other Airbnb and the package came without the adhesive strip that stuck to the wall. I returned the item, hoping to receive another set that is complete and i received the same thing without the adhesive strip. The video that is shown in their product set up also has the adhesive strip, but it was not in the package. I am not sure what to do with this product given that i am not able to mount it. I am hopeful that someone will see this message and send the adhesive strip to me.

There are extra parts included in the box. The purchaser has no idea what to do with them. there are no Instructions at all included in the package. User left to just figure it out. Strange. (EDIT: The little round things, I assume, stick to the wall to cushion the bottle when it's pressed on. The rubber thing is a funnel, for pouring the shampoo into the bottles.)

Have had these for a long while now! Main draw back is that they didn't come with a thing to help make sure that all the stickies were all in line with each other or directions to help make sure of that.

I bought some other brand of dispensers before this, and they were one of my few regrets from purchasing on Amazon. They would not dispense gel soap. These however work great. Furthermore I have had no adhesion problems, including the little stoppers at the bottom, which are used for making sure the bottle bracket doesn't flex while pushing the dispenser down (nice touch by the way).

I ordered this after my husband and I returned from a trip. The hotel we stayed in had similar dispensers in the shower and he loved the body wash too. So I asked at the front desk and they did not sell them, I went to the site she told me about but it was for hotels only so I checked on here. While these are not the same they work like a charm. Simple to install and they have been hanging in our shower since the day they arrived!!!
