They are wonderful for clearing your personal energy or sacred space, when working with crystals to disconnect, as a meditation aid or as a pick me up refreshing spray. They are simple to use, just shake well and spritz around your aura or room. This Protecting and Grounding Energy Mist is an excellent mist for therapists and energy workers who need to disconnect after working and for anyone who finds the need to protect and earth. It contains black tourmaline, smoky quartz & bloodstone gem essences as these crystals are all very grounding, earthing and excellent for keeping your personal energy safe plus a carefully blended recipe of Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, Sandalwood, Benzoin, Clary Sage, Frankincense essential oils has been added as these combine and earthy base whilst still allowing the intuitive energy and vibration to be heightened. The gem essences and essential oils are all suspended in spring water with himalayan salt and a tiny amount of clear alcohol. Kellie is a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master and charges all crystals and gem essences with Reiki energy. She is also currently training with the ICGT to obtain her Crystal Therapist Diploma. These mists are intended for external use only and we do not advise they are used during pregnancy.
