Great video, poor mount
I purchased this product after my daughter was in an accident and we couldn't prove that it wasn't her fault. After trying it, I decided to use in different vehicles for long trips, first in case we were in an accident and secondly, to capture the views of the drive. I was looking forward to the video since my drive was going to be in the Rocky Mountains. When I removed the camera, the mount broke. I tried every way I could just to rig it up to work to no avail. We made several drives that I would have loved to have captured but no luck. I haven't contacted the seller yet to see if there is anything they can do to make it right.

Flimsy packaging but good product.
The package seems was a used one, There was one used messy empty plastic zip lock included in theDash cam box.So taken out 1 star. I first was skeptical of flimsy experice of what seem negligent ofof Amazo Fulfilment Vendor. But it producing excellent pictures both day and night time. I would recommend it for the price.

Ok product for the price.
Seems to works ok. It did not come with a memory chip (TF Card as the manual rerfers to it). I used one I had from another dashboard camera, which I planne to give to my wife. That camera did come with a memory chip. I have since ordered a new chip. Manual is useless. Menu is combersome and takes time to get used to. No manufacturer or contact information to be found anywhere.BL: For the price, it does the job if you don't mind the shortcomings I describe above.

Came on time, seems to be as advertised. Haven't been able to use yet, as waiting for a memory chip, but looks like it should work fine.

Power cable defective
Was working good for a day then won’t turn on. Tried power cable from wife’s cam and it worked. Sad power cable didn’t last 2 days.

It meets my expectations, except for the camera holder
very good camera so far, I did not check all features but it does work as expected. One think I hated in this camera is the holder part of the mount, which stuck in the camera and won't remove it from the suction cup
