New Original US ARMY Issue - Mich A.C.H Helmet NVG Front Bracket Mount with Screw.

I bought this to be a very secure helmet mount for a GoPro Hero video camera for when I ski - I have a helmet without vents that has a harder shell than most, so the standard mounts are not secure. This one screws through the helmet's shell securely without adhesives, which I don't trust at low the temperatures we see in Alpine environments.Being a genuine military mount, the fit of the GoPro mount into this mount is a perfect fit, and it's built like a tank. You just have to love MilSpec!So, even thought its not an inexpensive mount, you are getting a good strong piece of military equipment that you can rely on.

When I arrived at my duty station, they required us to have the mount on our Kevlar's but no one was able to give me one. the price was just as cheap as the surplus stores in the area but they also offered used one. This arrived on time and is exactly what I needed.

I did not pay attention to the "US ARMY ISSUE" in the title, I need the USMC one and I honestly did not know there was a difference

My Son bought this and is pleased with it. He's into all the army stuff. I really don't know much more about it, except it was OK by him.

Completes my MICH so not I can mount my PVS-7. Solid and easy to put on. Price was right and a good buy.
