It does increase the diameter of your fingers slightly, so you may need to change your inserts if your fit is already tight.
I never bowl without these. I have dry hands, and after multiple games, the skin on my finger tips would start to crack from the friction on my inserts...ouch!Once I start using these, no more cracked skin, consistent release, and my rev rate went up a few revolutions.

Not good
Put it my finger and would last if I was lucky two frames before it would roll up and had to take it off. Not sticky enough.
