-Much cheaper in quality than I expected -- they're smaller than you would expect, and you can see the seams in the plastic on the sides of the grinders. I ended up giving these away and spending the a little more money for some grinders that were better quality, and I'm happier with those. These are okay if you're not willing to spend the extra money on nicer grinders.

More plastic than steel--will do the job but suspect tops will scratch and dent with time.

These are the perfect size - they're not the oversized ones you see in the store all the time, they're just slightly larger than the spice rack jars, just comfortable enough to fit in your hand while you're grinding salt or pepper. I also like the adjustable size.

This set of shakers worked ok at first. The quickly lost the ability to grind in a little more than six months. I replaced a set with these that I have had for over 10 years. They still grind perfectly, just looking old. I wish that I had not wasted my money on these.
