If I could give it no stars, I would. Item was defective and the pump on the top wouldn't work. This is an incredibly flawed Amazon policy because if something doesn't even function, it should be returnable since the product to doesn't work.

Did not find a real reason to use this product. Does not specifically really help, but it is great.

Only used it once so far, but it seems good for the price. At first the pump wouldn't work- I had to take it off and stick a needle down the hole to clear it. Other than that, it works. This product is amazing, I loved it. It quickly got everything off my lips and moisturized really well.

Smells good...like soap. Bubbled for about the life of a mayfly's fart. Dried gummy. I'm currently not well hydrated so, duh, dry lips. I think this product would work better if my lips weren't so dry and damaged already. They're very clean though. Like a clean alligator. I think I need a belt sander or a strong acid peel.

I stopped using lip scrubs after this came into my life.

I’d like to try it but the bottle won’t even pump, there’s no way to get it open except for puncturing it. This was a waste of money and I can’t even try the product.
