Will this pan hold a whole salmon filet?

See the dimensions, depends on how large your filet is. It is not a really large pan. Seems to be very cheap cast iron and really difficult to clean.

No; you will have to do it yourself

What is the actual size of the pan? 18" x 7" or 13" x 5" Both sizes mentioned in the description.

The 18" x 7" is the outside dimensions of the fish. The 13" x 5" represents the inside cooking surface. The inside flat area of my pan measures 14" x 5". I got it because it looks good. I use mine to cook salmon and veggies.
