Exceeded My Expectations
I figured I'd write a review since there are only a few more than 20 at the time. It arrived in perfect condition, no scuffs or tears and all pieces were included with the correct amount of each plus a few additional which were indicated as extras. The material is clean and the white was nice and bright. The embroidering on back rest and the cushions is great with no loose threads and it doesn't get snagged.ASSEMBLY: I assembled it without anyone's help and it went smoothly. The directions was just a page with diagrams and numbers next to them, but it was very easy to follow.BACK AND SEAT: The seat and back are comfortable. The back cushion is slightly too thick in my opinion but it compresses if you try pushing yourself into a little bit. I have not decided whether I will be using the back cushion or not in the future, I'll probably end up using it sometimes and not others. Without the back cushion the back of the chair is nearly flat from the seat to under the head, which isn't good or bad just up to preference. The head cushion is nice to use. The reclining is great and don't have to worry about falling backwards like I was expecting I might.ARMS: The arms seem solid. They raise and swivel in and out. The arms I got do not wobble as I have read in some previous reviews so I assume they read others complaints and fixed the issue. I also have seen others saying the arms b swiveling into their different positions too easily which are not the case with mine. They do swivel back and forth slightly which is nice in the case that your arms need to be positioned slightly askew.BUILD QUALITY: The overall build quality seems to be solid and feels like it'll last but only time will tell. The plastic pieces that cover the metal where the two halves of the chair connect could be better along with the way they attach to the chair because they wobble slightly if you try to make them using your hands, not a big deal. One concern of mine is where the back rest attaches to the seat. The metal is against the material and seems like it may wear through it eventually, I could be wrong though.OVERALL: Overall the chair is DEFINITELY worth the price and it looks great. The chair looks great in my setup(in my opinion) and it is very comfortable to game in or just chill in. I would for sure recommend this chair if you're considering getting a budget gaming chair or possibly a gaming chair in general because it is a great chair and amazing for the price.

DX Racer at half the cost! Very well made product!
I've been hunting for a higher quality chair for a long time, ever since I cheapened out and got a piece of random junk on sale at an Office Depot because it was all I could afford at the time. Trust me, you don't want to waste $65 on a piece of garbage that only has half the features; it's your body and posture! Take good care of yourself! I don't know why it's so difficult to find a chair with an adjustable back (like a car seat) these days because most entry level garbage pleather chairs only rock, if anything. This chair has rocking, adjustable back, adjustable height, and comes with ADJUSTABLE arms. The arms go up and down AND they rotate without locking so be careful when ordering your chair! If you have any questions check out their website or email customer service. I accidentally bought a model with ADJUSTABLE arms, instead of LIFTING arms and their customer service said they would send me replacement arms for FREE!If I had to find anything negative the only thing I could say is maybe beef up the packaging inside the box the chair arrived in because my poor box looked like it had been through a war, or the UPS man was Ace Ventura that day. The chair was perfectly fine, thank goodness, but I was worried some parts may have been missing due to a hole punched in the side of the box.I got the model with artificial leather on the seat because I liked the colors better, but my girlfriend got the same model in a different color with the mesh material on the seat which breathes much better. The only thing that could make these chairs better is full customization on colors and materials on the website, but at ~$150 I'm not going to complain.Seriously, I went into buying these chairs crossing my fingers with skepticism and I've been pleasantly surprised all the way around. I'm not just biased from being treated so nice by their customer service, I've had friends who spent the money on DX Racer, and after assembling these two chairs we purchased together I find myself scratching my head and asking why my friends paid twice the price of one of these GTRacing chairs. Most of the generic streamers you see on Twitch only buy DX Racer because "Giant Streamer XYZ" has one. Don't make the same mistake!
