Highly recommend trying. My daughter injured her knee playing softball (bone bruise). After trying a smaller brace, she was unable to compete in sports. We purchased this knee brace after researching so many, and this one has been FANTASTIC!!!!! She has less pain and is able to participate with her softball team. It did take a little bit of time to figure out the right adjustment, the instructions were not super clear. We were able to find a video to watch to make it fit correctly. Highly recommend trying if you have bone on bone knee pain

Poor Quality Hard to adjust. Needs to be readjusted every time you put it on. Velcro strap failed on two of the four straps. Unhappy with quality and use of this device.

Bulky and unable to wear for extended period. Functionally great.

Haven't worn it yet to give a good review...the instructions were not sinking in until I scanned the bar code to watch it on you tube. Great idea. Can't wait to wear it and fingers crossed it helps I'll buy one for my other knee
