This is a simple but attractive fence composed of individual panels that are "pinned" into place at each side. The company offers a set of fence panels with gate and a shorter set without which is a nice and economical bonus. I gave 5 stars in each area except in the sturdiness category because we just installed this yesterday and not sure how it will hold up to heavy winds as there are no "metal teeth" gripping the bottom edges of the individual panels into the ground. A few notes: The fence is 22" high. There is definitely a gate with two hinges to boot but it sits low to the ground (see first picture) . If you have a young child he or she will probably be happy to open and latch the gate endless times throughout the day, but I think most adults would find this tedious and a bit back breaking. Hope the company could keep the gate feature (which is one of the reasons I bought this model over others) but improve it so that it could be opened from the top and not the front. Perhaps have easily removable pins?? Just something to think about ... Also I would have the bottom edge of the gate flush with the ground instead of protruding about 2" off the ground Also in the second picture you can see the fence ending in the brick wall. We had to overlap the two panels. It is not a deal breaker, but I would suggest that the company provide in each set two panels that are half sized (so together they equal one panel width) for the situation where someone may need a half panel to finish the fence and not a full panel. Finally just a note that if you live in a very windy area each panel is only held by the two pins at the sides -- there are no "teeth" at the bottom edges as other fence designs have. Since this is such a good product, I might suggest that the company add 1-2 metal stakes at the the bottom middle of each panel so that each panel would be secured at three points -- the side stakes and then a middle "tooth stake" Overall, a nice alternative to the old style green metal stakes on which you would hang those metal gridded sheets.

Perfect to use around the bottom of an open fence to keep the dogs in the yard.

We have a large back yard on 2 acres and I wanted to section off a small area off the back patio for my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, so I could have them outside with us, without having to worry about them getting into trouble (vegetable garden, horse arena, drive way, barn, etc.). This is perfect for that. It was easy to install, the stakes are very sturdy and strong and it will be easy to take down if needed. The dogs could probably jump out, if they really wanted to, but they haven't tried, since the area is large enough for them not to feel too confined. I wouldn't use it to keep them away from the street, it's just not tall enough, but inside our fully fenced property it works well. The dogs are about 13.5 tall at the withers, anything taller or really determined to get out would probably not be good. It would also work well for keeping them out of flower beds. We like it and would buy it again.

My dog and my neighbor's dog either really love, or really hate each other. Either way, they throw themselves at the fence and bark up a storm. I bought these to create a barrier at the fence so at least my dog can't throw herself up on the fence. It is actually somewhat short and my dog could probably leap over it to get up on the fence, but she doesn't. It's really a fabulous, inexpensive solution to keep an area of your yard separated. It would probably work great to keep critters out of your garden as well. The panels are super easy to install. You just line up the fence on the stake and pound the stake into the ground. It took me about 10 minutes to set up 2 sets of them.

These worked perfectly. Used to keep the small, elderly dogs on the yard and it did the trick for the ones who can’t jump over it. They’re nice looking as well and pretty easy to move.
