Olinda Olives, Jumbo Pitted Bar, 4 Pound (Pack of 4)

The price went up from $35,96 for four jars, to $79.80 for four jars (4 lbp per jar). That was from Jan 2 ,14 to 5/30/14, thats over twice the price in 4 months.. The olives are good, but not that good...I'll find somethine else. Thanks. Rick

First, the other reviews, all positive, are for olive OIL, NOT olives. Perhaps their olive oil is great, but their olives suck! I LOVE olives, but this carp must be almost 90% salt by weight. I couldn't taste anything but salt and was tempted to chew on the pit for a hint of olive flavor after trying to stomach the mushy, super-salty olive flesh. Some of these olives are so mushy it's as if they were processed rotten, with tons of salt to cover it up. Again, most were mushy, not soft to firm. I dumped the whole plastic jar down the toilet and will donate the other three to someone without taste buds, no heart/blood pressure problems and a cardiologist on standby.

good product but for cooking use canola or corn oil it is much better and cost a lot less, the olive oil is the best but use it for salads or to mix with ground meat it will make the best hamburger you have ever tasted...

This is the greenest olive oil you will ever find, meaning that this is pure extra virgin in the finest sense. My Sicilian grandma used to serve oil like this 35+ years ago. I can't believe they still have oil as good as this available from California. Unmatched in taste to any other oil you will ever have.

We liked the color, the packaging was quite secure, no leakers. I'm not a big enough consumer to rate it against the Litani Oil supplier which was an alternative here. Maybe next time...

These olives are very delicious and healthy.......They make a great snack and are greaton pizza..........I am really enjoying these olives..............

excellent taste and freshness

I seriously love this olive oil. I can clearly remember the first time I ever had it. I was dipping some fresh bread in it and wondering exactly when I had died because I was in heaven. I know cheesy.But it seriously is really good and really fresh. I highly recommend it. It made me realize thatwhat I THOUGHT olive oil tasted like was NOT what olive oil tasted like.
