Having read conflicting information about dosage for melatonin I was hesitant to try this product. But since I have had a deep sleep disorder all my life I am always seeking any help I can get to improve sleep quality. I have tried many melatonin products, dosages and other sleep aid products. For me, this is among the best I have I tried. My intention is to titer down from time to time but this is definitely the go-to product to help me sleep. I don't feel groggy the next day. It doesn't knock me out. It does help me stay in deeper sleep longer. Only side effect that seems to be from use is more dreaming with vividness.

Most high quality websites can furnish you with an analysis of their products, including a COA (certificate of analysis) and/or an analysis of the product's PK [pharmacokinetic] profile. ChatGPT told me, regarding my query about this product, "I did not find a manufacturer website or a public Certificate of Analysis (COA) / third-party lab report for this Fogoro product. I also did not find peer-reviewed pharmacokinetic or product-specific studies showing that Fogoro’s liposomal formulation increases absorption. In short: no publicly available COA or product-specific PK data turned up in my search." I was not successful in accessing a website for the Fogoro company.

Certainly better than nothing. I’ve been an insomniac lifelong. I take one before bed and I am guaranteed a few hours of sleep.
