If you struggle from PCOS. I recommend these pills. I take them everyday with supper. And I've gotten my Pretty regularly since taking them! I only take one pill even though the bottle recommends one to two. I even showed them to my doctor and they said if they're working then keep using them! I take one everyday with supper!

I purchased this product for the health benefits for pcos and hirsutism but through the duration of the bottle I saw no change. The pills are easy to swallow and have a good dosage strength but personally I think I would have to double the daily dose for it to have max effectiveness . At that point the bottle would be gone fast and not a great value for money. Looking to try other products

This is my third bottle... My first two bottles had capsules full of green SPEARMINT. Spearmint is green no matter what and that is what should be dominant in the product. My new capsules are white. The photos are a comparison of my previous bottle vs the new one. Looks like the dosages have changed, therefore, this shouldn't be listed under the same product because it is now a different product. Different dosages/measurments will produce different effects. I thought i was getting the same product. Its completely different and not as advertised with spearmint.
