These lights are excellent. You plug them in to electricity, and aim them at things that you’d like to see better. If you struggle to see things in the dark, these are definitely the right tool for you. If you are an owl, or a cat however, they may not be necessary. Also, if you are blind, they won’t help you much. But if that’s the case you probably aren’t reading this anyway so please disregard. These lights were exactly what I was looking for. I use one over my kitchen sink. The cord is long enough to reach the plug and the light is an ideal brightness for working over the sink. It clips on the frame of the window and clamp is strong enough not to slip.

This pair of 6000°K (Daylight) clip lights from FZWLE can be used pretty much anywhere line voltage is available. The clamp grips tight to most surfaces and accommodates thick edges; if you’d rather permanently mount the fixture the clamp is easily removed (I did this with one of mine so I could attach it to a wall). This product is well-made and reasonably priced. Some comments on the Amazon page’s descriptive information: > The product’s power cord is 5’ long – a decent length I wouldn’t call “super long”. > The power switch is a good-quality rocker design – not a foot switch. > There is no remote for this product. > At 500 lumens, the light is too bright to work well as a night light. It would be suitable if dimmed, but I don’t think it’s meant to be connected to a dimming circuit. > The specs contain conflicting color temperatures. These lights are 6000°K -- not 3000°K.

These lights are GREAT for my pottery booth! They’re small so they don’t appear obvious but they’re also super bright!
