TAMASHII NATIONS Bandai Robot Spirits Gipsy Avenger Pacific Rim: Uprising Action Figure

Love or hate the new design, Gypsy Avenger manages to be an excellent action figure. I'll get the negatives out of the way first. There are only a few accessories included with this figure: 2 Open Hands, I Chain Sword Arm, and 1 Gravity Sling Arm. It doesn't has the chain saw blades like it dose in the movie. While it can stand perfectly find on it's own, it tends to wobble when walking by it. Perhaps its because this figure is a bit lighter than the others? Anyways I recommend a Tamashi stand for extra stability. Now lets get to the good stuff. This figure is surprisingly tall! If you've ever bought a Robot Damashii figure like any Gundams, you'll be shocked at how this figure can tower over most of theme and even it's fellow Jaegers(only Obsidian Fury is taller from what I've heard). It's a very detailed figure as well. Very Movie accurate. Also it's very posable, like put one of the open hands on it and you can do the iconic "Gypsy Danger" pose with this figure. And for 30(or 20) Dollars, it's a fairly priced figure compared to most other Damashii figures. While the recent film was disappointed, and most people don't like the new Jaeger designs, this is still a great figure and I definitely recommend picking it up.

this action figure its trully a master piece, i bought it for my little brother, since we're both super fans of the movie, one day we were gonna watch it for the tenth time and i gave him this and he freaked out, (that was probably a year and months ago), today writing this review, the figure is still intact, all limbs attached and the mobility on all the articulations unaffected, the toy is really resistant and mobile, absolutely flexible, i have to admit that some pieces have been lost, like the second pair of hands thst comes with it and the blade, but the robot itself is perfectly fine and still looks as resistant as the first day i handed it over to my little brother. i think that if the toy have been able to keep up with a 11 year old kid playing with it on a daily basis for over a year, and still being robust as the first day it will definitely do better on the hands of collectors

Between this and Diamond Select, this is the superior line to get between the two. Articulation is amazing, extra accessories, and overall good sculpts. Tamashii Nations Bandai is the way to go. Only gripe is the figures dont scale wrll wuth the previous movie's NECA line or even with the Diamin Select figures, that's just a small gripe though.

As a huge fan of Pacific Rim and Pacific Rim Uprising, my son knew about this collectible before it came out. He knew all the specifications and the attention to detail that Bandai Tamashii Nations Robot Spirits was putting into this. He wanted two order two. One he could keep as a collectible and one he could play with. The articulation is exceptional and the quality is quite remarkable. This is a great product and if this is the direction of what to expect for fan of Pacific Rim--you cannot go wrong.

Great figure very pose able,way better then the NECA ones.Not super tight,but not loose at all. Great detail the figure had no stickers which is a good thing. The dual vortex turbines are translucent,it comes with a chain sword and the gravity sling. Though the gravity sling goes on the right and the chain sword on the left.

I love it. It's very well detailed. Very well articulated. Unlike the NECA figures from the first movie this one can actually stand on its own. Great quality at a great price. I hope Robot Spirits goes back to the first movie and does their own versions of those Jaegers.

My son plays hard with this and it has not broken yet. Limbs are still attached, lol! I say this because some of his other pacific rim toys fell apart 2mins out of the box. One of them, the arm broke taking it out of the packaging. Great quality, fast shipment!

An OK figure at a decent price. This was my first Bandai figure and I doubt that i will invest much more into this brand. Their articulation is overrated and posing it as pictured would often require a special stand, which costs extra. Despite the criticism that NECA received from some collectors, I think both their sculpts and paint were superior on the old Pacific Rim figures and I would have preferred if they had held on to the license. This figure is not a bad buy and should be sturdy enough even for kids play but don't pay more than $20 for it.

Perfect condition in box. Detail way above the US version, makes me really think is it still worth to go to th gunpla hg line of product when you can get this quality Product.
