The perfect travel mug!
Excellent! Easy to carry, easy to drink from, keeps drinks warm for ages! And looks great......what more could you ask for from a travel mug?!?!

Wish I'd got something else
The actual mug is huge. I felt a bit silly carrying this about. It's tip and sip design is gimiky. I never use it. I thought the function to seal it over was great for in car use and transportation etc. but actually it still leaks even when I lock it. The inside is also plastic. I was really wanting a stainless steel inside and thought from the description that this might be. As it is plastic my coffee tastes pretty bad. You can taste the plastic. The seal on the lid does work but I'm not sure for how long as the plastic ring seems to have stretched. I have had a number of these types of mugs now and none of them don't leak. Very disappointed as I was hoping this would be the one.

Leakproof? Hardly!
I bought the product primarily for the "tip and cool" feature to enjoy my coffee at the "optimum" temperature and this it does very well. So far I have not had a coffee that I didn't enjoy to the last mouthful, even after an hour.I had noticed that the reviews for the 2013 version seemed to suggest that they leaked worse than the 2012 model I chose but as I did not purchase as a travel mug I was not unduly concerned, however if the leakproofness of this version is anything to go by, I cant imagine how bad the 2013 one is! That aside there is no plastic taste I associate with thermos type containers and I use it every day. If "100% leak-proof" isn't one of your main criteria then I would recommend this product to coffee lovers.

a nice looking item but disapointed
couldn't wait to test this mug out but was left gutted when it didn't fit my cup holder [renault traffic] and to make matters worst my coffee went cold quickly

Use them every day
Look really posh and have worked well. Coffee cools quite quickly however. Still, they look good !

Does what it says: you can walk and drink, or keep it in your bag.
These are really great... except I want it to keep my coffee just a little bit longer. But first things first, does it work: can you walk and drink from it and also stick it in your bag? The answer is yes, with a small caveat. The caveat is that you have to make sure that there is no coffee in the 'cooling chamber' before you put it in your bag. This means switching it to 'lock' and then either sipping from it or tipping it upside down over the sink. Once you've done that, it won't leak into your bag (any more than any coffee flask might if you don't put the lid on properly or whatever). And the cooling chamber is actually really useful: you can keep most of your coffee warm while you cool a bit and drink it. I had a beautiful morning in the park over the summer savouring my coffee while walking, and this wouldn't have been possible with a normal flask. So are there any complaints? Well, if you're not tipping and sipping on the go, it doesn't quite keep the coffee warm enough for me. I make my coffee at about 8:45, and normally drink it at work at 10:30/11. And by this point it's just slightly too cool for me. I'd say if you drink your coffee within 90 minutes of making it, that won't affect you, but any longer and you'd be better off with a metal thermos.Still, it's a great product, and worthy of the five stars.

BRUGO TEMP. CONTROL TRAVEL MUG PROTECTS TONGUE?
This is a rather pricey mug that claims to protect your tongue from burning after you fill it with a hot beverage. After you prepare your brew, screw the cap on thus locking it. There are three select-able/twist-able positions on the top of the mug; LOCK, TIP&SIP, and SIP. The idea is to tip the mug which will release a limited supply in the outer core for cooling. The only dependable method that I have found is to prefill the outer core initially before tightening the top. Tilting is only effective when it is at least two-thirds full. The tilting is done "blind", so it is "trial and error".You do drink the contents faster, though. After two hours, the contents are tepid to cold.It is a good looking mug that I probably should not have purchased.

Sonst wirklich gut.
