Good product and price
Hve used this supplement for months so it was time to buy more. Carlyle has many good products of which I have used some others they have. This one was a good price and I know the quality is good. The suplement is an amino acid that has a number of aids but most important was it helped to get energy into mitrochondria cells in legs for energy. I feel it's been effective so I'll connue to use it. Sometimes as we age we need a little help with supplements.

It's OK.
I thought I'd try this, as I'd seen many YouTube videos extolling its virtues. I must admit, I haven't noticed any changes. I don't know whether it's because it doesn't work, or just that I don't need this supplement. Either way, I won't buy it again. As for recommending, I'd say try it out, see whether it does you any good.
