Very ease to use just keep in mind not for 2 or under, but the size for my 2 and 1/2 year old is perfect.

As I purchased this for my Great Grandson parents have tried it out out seems to show accurate reading when he is well. I do use one myself but not this actual one I purchased from Amazon works perfect.

It doesn't work. Reads 180+, jumps around. Actually pulse was 110. Tried on my baby finger- as owlett works on me, manual count and watch accurate, product is not.

Sturdy and works well. Records pulse rate and oxygen faster than other similar devices. Children tend to wiggle their fingers often,so recording fast is important and this gadget is really impressive in that respect. I compared the accuracy with other pulse oximeters and found it quite accurate. Reasonable price. I certainly recommend it.

Considering the price I was reluctant to buy it as it’s cheap compared to others on the market but I am Impressed. My baby has a floppy larynx and so I wanted to keep an eye on his o2 levels, my advice is that sometimes their o2 levels can fluctuate when they are moving around or when you’re holding them and they are sleeping as this happened to us in hospital - the o2 levels went anywhere from 70-100 but for the most part it was sat at 95-100, if you get a low reading and you see no other symptoms ie blue/grey skin, wheezing, sucking in at ribs etc keep the oximeter on the finger for longer, then if you’re still concerned of course, go to hospital - hope this helps

Quality package complete with batteries. Worked as soon as the batteries were installed. Easy to use, easy to read. Gave the same blood/oxygen reading as the last time I was in my doctor's office. This is a professional quality device at a home price. Do not pay a higher price unless you need special features. Delivery time was longer than I hoped but less than I had feared (two weeks but less than the month that was promised at order confirmation time. Amazon may be trying to "under promise" and "over deliver.") Keep in mind that this device provides an objective way to check for early COVID19 symptoms. Its use is now as standard in medical practice as a scale or a stethoscope. It costs less than an analog thermometer did when i was a child but everybody had a thermometer.
