Plain Aga Gauntlet Black

I have bought aga gauntlets for a number of years and never had a problem until now. The outer material is a lot thinner than it used to be and one of the two gauntlets I purchased has a hole in it where the heat of the oven has caught it. Never happened before.

Bought a pair as a present. Have had my own for over 20 years! So whilst they might appear pricey thay are, in fact, a sound, effective investment. Nephew and wife thrilled with them.

Good long gauntlets but could be thicker. I have an old pair of Polyco Bakers Mitts and they are much thicker. I expected this quite expensive AGA product to be thicker than it is. Also I find after using for a while that I struggle to actually get hold of pans/dishes with them on!

These gloves are smaller in the hand area when compared to the old UK made gloves.

Perfect long glove for the Aga. short ordinary oven gloves really are not suitable for the deep ovens of a proper Aga.Would highly recommend.

Good, though limited articulation as the glove isn’t formed to right or left hand, ie the thumb is in the middle rather than towards the top

The heat goes straight through, so you can only just get something out, you can't hold anything from the oven whilst doing something else,..... shames as looks nice but will have to get something else as I need to hold dishes for a while whilst walking across the kitchen n.

Replacement for Aga gloves that were 11 years old and getting too worn. These look the same and I hope they last as long again!
