Q: How much bubble solution do I refill each time?

The package comes with 3 bags of concentrated bubble solution, a small bottle to hold bubble water. I use 1/2 bag of bubble solution each time, it has a large amount of bubbles, it's perfect. But I notice that the box says you can use 1/3 bag bubble solution each time, I tried, it works ok too, but not as many bubbles as I use 1/2 bag. So I think the best is use 1/3-1/2 bubble solution as you need.

Q: I have fresh batteries in the solution is filled but there are no bubbles coming out even after reading the 20 30 seconds what can I do to fix this?

Notify product support they will probally sent out a new one. They did for me!

Q: Is this bubble wand easy to play?

Yes, just press a button and little bubble fly everywhere while playing music.
