I love this stuff. I love the sensation of the hot / cold. The scrub is great in the shower and leaves your skins feeling really smooth. This one smells like apples and has a nice fresh scent. The second step is the thermos cream. This makes your skin feel heat, like if you use muscle rub. The last step is the cold gel and this one makes your skin feel mentholated (if that is a thing?). It also smells quite strongly of menthol.I have been using it everyday for 4 days and although I haven’t noticed any difference in my cellulite yet, my legs definitely feel more defined and my skin texture is better.

Good creams but very small

Great product, but for effective results, all products should be used on a regular basis as advised.You get 3 creams as follows:The exfoliating cream eliminates dead cells & prevents skin ageing. This cream should be used in the shower & washed off.The thermo-active heat gel activates the metabolism & increases blood circulation. Use this product on dry skin & allow it to absorb.The cold gel destroys fat cells that are more vulnerable to cold than skin, nerves & muscle tissue. This does leave a ‘cold, freezing effect’ on skin but it goes within 10-20 minutes. My skin did really feel differently after using this & after a few days of using it, my legs appeared smother.

Smells absolutely amazing and such a great size bottle for the products too! Really excited to try these.

The product comes in a nice soft plastic bottle which is easy to apply. I used the scrub in the shower as indicated in the directions of use and my skin didn’t become red, but it became a bit reddened when I used the hot and cold cremigel after, so I guess it was making effect though it is too early to know yet. The good thing is that you don’t feel an unbearable cold or hot sensation as it happens with other products, the thermic feeling is soft. Furthermore I love the smell of the product, It got a fresh fragrance which is very pleasant when applying, and that is a plus for me since I am a bit lazy when using this kind of treatments but I love the smell and the sensation it leaves in my skin so I will keep using it daily hoping to see great results soon.

I started using these only a few days ago and have already seen improvements. I mainly suffer with cellulite on the back of my thighs and can see a visual decreasing since using this. I look forward to seeing the affects of this after I've finished the bottles.The overall packaging and scent of this is amazing. A lot of brands make items seem bigger than they are online, but these were true to size and well worth their money. I will be repurchasing this in the future and recommending it to friends and family as well as on my social media pages.

The 'Thermoactive gel' doesn't get warm at all? The cooling gel only made me red once and then I just had the cold sensation which was ok, not uncomfortable or unpleasant. The packaging states it stops the spread of cellulitis? I think this needs to be changed as they mean cellulite. Cellulitis is a serious medical condition so this needs to be changed immediatley. Honestly, don't think I would buy this again.
