SNOM HS-MM2 Monoaural headset for Snom 320/360 VoIP/SIP Telephones; 1122

We bought a couple of sets of this Headsets, one of the sets is fine, no problems at all, but the other set just constantly drops in volume and stops working. I have tried to replace it, as i believed it to still be under warranty, however, i have not had any reply from the company who sold them to me, despite emailing them through Amazon, which is disappointing. Because of that i'll be purchasing a replacement from a different company, hopefully one who replies to their customers when things go wrong.

These are definitely better than cheap versions and are very light although they are a little flimsy. The first pair I purchased (same as these) broke and I had to replace.

Firstly this took around a week or more to arrive after receiving a 'your item has been despatched' email. When it did arrive the earpiece had fantastic clear audio but the MIC's audio was very very poor! Nobody could hear me! even with the MIC gain turned up. Tested on several Snom handsets, made no difference. I returned it!

Very low sound even on the highest volume setting. Disappointing
